[SSI Learning] 山东省威海市社会性科学议题学习课题阶段性推进工作会议纪要
Minutes of the Phased Work Promotion Conference of SSI-L Project in Weihai, Shandong Province

为进一步深化社会性科学议题学习课题研究，2023年3月28日下午，北京师范大学SSI-L项目威海区域工作推进会在威海市望海园中学召开，威海市各联盟校校长及项目负责人、骨干教师共50余人参加了此次会议。

本次会议共分为三个阶段。第一阶段由威海市教育教学研究院张涛主任主持。首先，上届联盟校理事长于志健校长做了联盟工作报告，于校长充分肯定了社会性科学议题学习项目的研究价值，全面总结前阶段我市社会性科学议题学习研究取得的成绩，对后续研究的方向提出了意见和建议。

随后，威海南海新区实验中学于淑玲老师、荣成市府新小学王英水老师、威海世昌中学崔文浩老师和威海市望海园中学安同娟老师分别就各学校前期社会性科学议题学习项目的开展情况进行了汇报交流，介绍了学校社会性科学议题的选题、活动安排、实施途径和获得的成果。

张涛主任对上届联盟理事会取得的成绩进行了总结，充分肯定了理事会在探索通过联盟进行区域推进、组织开展社会性科学议题学习活动、组织校际之间的交流研讨活动、沟通联系总课题组和各实验学校、承办2021年学术年会等方面工作取得的成绩。

最后，联盟成员单位选举了联盟新一届理事长、副理事长、常务理事和秘书长，威海市望海园中学王静校长当选为新一届理事长，于莲花副校长当选为秘书长。张涛主任转达了课题总负责人、北京师范大学林静教授的致意，林教授对上一届理事会所做的工作表示了诚挚的感谢，对新一届理事会表示了热烈的祝贺，同时也对联盟今后的工作提出殷切的期望。

会议的第二个阶段，由新任理事长王静校长公布《北京师范大学社会性科学议题学习（SSI-L）项目山东威海实验学校联盟章程》，全体成员表决并通过。随后王静理事长部署了2023年上半年联盟工作计划，明确了新的工作目标，解读了下阶段的活动安排，并提出了更高的工作要求。各成员校代表对联盟工作安排提出意见和建议。

会议的最后，张涛主任做了题为《社会性科学议题的校本实施》的主题报告，张主任在报告中详细讲解了社会性科学议题学习的特点和组织形式，介绍了威海市社会性科学议题学习项目的缘起，分析了社会性科学议题学习可以为学校带来的机遇，对联盟和学校今后工作如何开展提出了意见和建议。

本次工作会议的召开，各实验校进一步明确了今后议题研究的工作目标和工作要点，统一了工作思路，从而为下阶段社会性科学议题学习项目的开展奠定了良好的基础。

To further deepen SSI-L project research, on the afternoon of March 28, 2023, the Weihai Regional Work Promotion Conference of the SSI-L Project of Beijing Normal University was held at Wanghaiyuan Middle School in Weihai City. More than 50 people participated in the meeting, including principals of all alliance schools in Weihai, project leaders and backbone teachers.

The meeting was divided into three sessions. The first session was presided over by Zhang Tao, director of Weihai Education and Teaching Research Institute. At first, Yu Zhijian, the former president of the Experimental School Alliance, made a report on the work of the alliance. Principal Yu thought highly of the research value of SSI-L project, made a comprehensive summary of the achievements of the SSI-L research in the previous stage, and provided comments and suggestions on the direction of future research.

And then, Yu Shuling from Weihai Nanhai New District Experimental Middle School, Wang Yingshui from Rongcheng Fuxin Primary School, Cui Wenhao from Weihai Shichang Middle School, and An Tongjuan from Weihai Wanghaiyuan Middle School, gave presentations on the SSI-L project development of each school. Issue selection, activity arrangement, implementation methods and achievements of each school’s SSI-L project were introduced.

Director Zhang Tao summarized the achievements of the previous Experimental School Alliance Council, and fully affirmed the council’s efforts in exploring regional promotion through the alliance, organizing SSI learning activities and cross-school exchanges and seminars, communicating between the national project team and experimental schools, and hosting of the 2021 academic annual meeting.

At the end of the first session, members of the alliance elected the new president, vice-president, executive director and secretary-general of the alliance. Wang Jing, principal of Wanghaiyuan Middle School in Weihai City, was elected as the new president, and Yu Lianhua, vice-principal, was elected as the secretary-general of the alliance. Zhang conveyed the greetings from Professor Lin Jing, head of the SSI-L Project of Beijing Normal University. Professor Lin expressed her sincere thanks for the work done by the previous council and warm congratulations to the new council. She also put forward earnest expectations for the future work of the alliance.

On the second session of the conference, Wang Jing, the newly appointed president, announced the Beijing Normal University Socio-Scientific Issues Learning (SSI-L) Project Shandong Weihai Experimental School Alliance Charter, which was voted and approved by all members. Then President Wang Jing presented the alliance work plan for the first half of 2023, clarified new working goals, interpreted the next stage activity arrangements, and put forward higher working requirements. Representatives of each member school made comments and suggestions on the alliance work arrangement.

On the last session, director Zhang Tao made a keynote presentation titled “School-based SSI-L Implementation”. In his presentation, Zhang explained in detail the characteristics and organizational forms of SSI learning. He introduced the origin of SSI-L projects in Weihai, analyzed the opportunities that SSI learning can bring to schools, and gave comments and suggestions for the alliance and schools on how to carry out future work.

On this working conference, all experimental schools further clarified the objectives and key points of future SSI-L research, coordinated their working ideas, and thus laid a good foundation for the next stage development of SSI-L projects.
