北京师范大学“‘十四五’二期高等教育领域教材建设”项目《科学素养测评指南》调研座谈会顺利举行
Memo of the Scientific Literacy Assessment Guidebook Symposium of BNU’s Higher Education Textbook Project at the Second Phase of the 14th Five-Year Plan Period

2023年10月3日至10日,北京师范大学“‘十四五’二期高等教育领域教材建设”项目《科学素养测评指南》中小学生科学素养测评调研座谈会分别在浙江省温州市、浙江省杭州市和北京市召开。来自浙江省和北京市的特级教师、教研员、校长与骨干教师围绕“科学素养测评”高校课程建设与人才培养情况和中小幼学生科学素养测评的疑难点情况展开研讨。

10月3日下午,科学素养测评调研座谈会在浙江温州广场路小学召开,北京师范大学中国基础教育质量监测协同创新中心科学提升部主任林静与温州大学小学科学教育负责人围绕科学素养测评高校课程建设的情况和人才培养情况展开讨论,与温州广场路小学校长、小学科学骨干教师以及温州市小学科学教研员共同探讨了小学生科学素养测评的疑难点情况。

10月5日上午,科学素养测评调研座谈会在浙江省杭州市十三中教育集团召开,林静和浙江省科学特级教师、教研员、校长与骨干教师就中学生科学素养测评的疑难点情况开展充分的对话与研讨。

10月10日下午,科学素养测评调研座谈会在北京市东城区体育馆路小学召开,来自东城区十余位校长、小学科学教师、幼儿园教师以及北京市科学素养测评领域专家出席会议,与会者根据自己的工作经历与真实经验畅所欲言低幼儿科学素养测评的疑难点,与会专家围绕中小学生科学素养测评提供了建设性意见。

三地科学素养测评调研座谈会的成功召开,为本项目的课程建设和《科学素养测评指南》的研发提供了有力支持。

From October 3 to 10, 2023, the Primary and Secondary School Students Scientific Literacy Assessment Symposium, under Beijing Normal University’s Higher Education Textbook Project at the second phase of the 14th Five-Year Plan period — the Scientific Literacy Assessment Guidebook, was held in Wenzhou and Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province, as well as Beijing. Special-rank teachers, teaching researchers, principals, and back-bone teachers from Zhejiang Province and Beijing had discussions on scientific literacy assessment curriculum construction and talent training in higher education institutions, and the difficulties in doing scientific literacy assessment of primary and secondary school students.

On the afternoon of October 3, the symposium was held at Guangchang Road Primary School in Wenzhou, Zhejiang. Lin Jing, director of the Science Development Department of the Collaborative Innovation Center of Assessment for Basic Education Quality at Beijing Normal University, had discussions with the person who’s in charge of primary school science education at Wenzhou University on the status of scientific literacy assessment curriculum construction and talent training in higher education institutions, and with the principals, back-bone science teachers, and science teaching researchers of Wenzhou Guangchang Road Primary School on the difficulties in making scientific literacy assessment of primary school students.

On the morning of October 5, the symposium was held at the No. 13 Middle School Education Group in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Lin Jing had a comprehensive dialogue and discussion with special-rank science teachers, teaching researchers, principals, and back-bone teachers in Zhejiang Province on the difficulties in making scientific literacy assessment of middle school students.

On the afternoon of October 10, the symposium was held at Tiyuguan Road Primary School in Dongcheng District, Beijing. The principals, primary school science teachers, kindergarten teachers from Dongcheng District, and experts in the field of scientific literacy assessment in Beijing attended the meeting. Participants spoke freely about the difficulties in making scientific literacy assessment of children based on their own work experience and real practice. Experts provided constructive opinions on the scientific literacy assessment of primary and secondary school students.

The successful convening of such scientific literacy assessment symposiums at three places provided strong support for the curriculum construction of this project and the development of the Scientific Literacy Assessment Guidebook.
