一、单位简介

北京师范大学中国基础教育质量监测协同创新中心成立于2012年7月,是我国第一个、也是目前唯一一个通过教育部认定的教育学和心理学领域的国家协同创新中心。

中心使命为:构建具有中国特色、国际可比的国家基础教育质量监测体系,高质量完成每年一次的全国义务教育质量监测工作,科学、准确、及时“把脉”全国基础教育质量状况,推动教育管理和决策的科学化,引导全社会树立和践行科学的教育质量观,推动我国基础教育质量水平不断提升,促进亿万儿童青少年全面、健康发展,全面提升我国人力资源开发水平,为建设教育强国和人力资源强国奠定坚实基础。

二、招聘岗位、职责及要求

招聘岗位:博士后

人数:2名

博士后招聘类别:

B类博士后:需满足国家关于博士后遴选的基本要求,B类博士后在站期间薪酬福利费用由合作导师自筹经费承担。

任职基本要求

1. 在国内外知名高校或科研机构获得博士学位。科研成果丰富,具备较好的科研创新潜力。

2. 政治立场坚定,身心健康,年龄在35周岁以下、获得博士学位不超过三年、进校后须全职在北京师范大学工作。

3. 具有脑科学或教育心理学或科学教育或SSI/STEM教育或相关学科背景和科研经验,具有较扎实的理论、学术与研究功底;踏实肯干,思维清晰,文字表达能力较强;有良好的团队合作意识和独立工作能力。

4. 近五年在相关研究领域有较高水平的科研成果产出,符合下列条件之一:

(1)主持省部级及以上科研项目,并取得重要的阶段性成果;

(2)以第一作者或者通讯作者发表高水平原创性研究成果;

(3)主持或者作为主要参与人(排名前三)的研究成果、研究方案等,获得省部级及以上部门的正式批示;或者对省部级及以上政策制定产生直接影响,需明确具体成果与政策内容对应关系。

岗位1主要职责

参与合作导师的一项由国家自然科学基金资助的项目。该项目研究学生科学建模的认知和脑机制,主要目标是通过人机交互认知诊断、生理心理测量以及脑电数据等来研究中小学生科学建模的认知和脑机制,为中小学生科学素养提升提供科学依据。入职者将在此项目中发挥核心作用,为设计、诊断、揭示学生科学学习规律做出贡献。

岗位2主要职责

专注于社会性科学议题教与学的研究。跟随合作导师一起协同国内外专家与国内中小学团队,开展基于社会性科学议题的跨学科融合学习研究,为中小学生科学素养提升提供有效模式与策略。入职者将在此项目中发挥核心作用,为设计与实施社会性科学议题学习资源、实证提炼适于我国本土的社会性科学议题教与学的理论与实践做出贡献。

四、岗位性质及薪酬待遇

岗位性质:全职。

薪酬待遇:B类博士后薪酬标准为年薪18万元(税前)起。

The Center

Established in July 2012, the Collaborative Innovation Center of Assessment for Basic Education Quality at Beijing Normal University is the first and the only national collaborative innovation center in the fields of pedagogy and psychology in China that has been approved by the Ministry of Education.

The Center is committed to: build a national basic education quality monitoring system with Chinese characteristics and international comparability, accomplish the annual national compulsory education quality monitoring work with high quality, ‘grasp the pulse’ of the basic education quality across the country in a scientific, accurate and timely manner, promote scientific education management and decision-making, guide the public society to develop and practice the scientific concept of education quality, promote the continuous improvement of basic education quality, promote the comprehensive healthy development of hundreds of millions of children and teenagers, fully improve the overall level of human resource development, and lay a solid foundation for building a strong nation of education and human resources.

Vacant positions, responsibilities, and requirements

Position: postdoctoral fellow

Number of positions: 2

Postdoctoral Recruitment Categories:

Category B postdoctoral fellows of Beijing Normal University, who must meet the general qualifications of the state postdoctoral fellowship selection. Salary, welfare benefits, and other expenses during the fellowship will be borne by the cooperating supervisors’ funding.

Eligibility requirements:

1. Applicants must obtain a doctorate degree from a well-known university or research institution at home and abroad, with sufficient research achievements and potential for research innovation.

2. Applicants must keep a firm political stance, be physically and mentally healthy, be under the age of 35, have obtained a doctoral degree for no more than three years, and work full-time at Beijing Normal University after being recruited.

3. Applicants should have disciplinary background of, and research experience in brain science/educational psychology/science education/SSI-based education/STEM education or other related fields, with solid theoretical knowledge and proficient academic and research skills. Diligence, clear thinking, and strong writing skills are highly required. Applicants should also have a good sense of teamwork and ability to work independently.

4. Applicants should have high quality research output in related fields in the past five years, and meet one of the following requirements:

1)  Leading research projects at the provincial and ministerial level or above, and having achieved significant progress;

2)  Having high-quality publication of original research results as the first or corresponding author;

3)  Playing a leading role or as major actor (ranked in the top three) in research outputs or plans that have received official approval from the provincial and ministerial administration or above, or that have had direct impact on policy making of the provincial and ministerial administration or above, where clarification shall be made between the applicant’s specific research results and policy content.

Responsibilities of position No.1:

The candidate will participate in a project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, which studies the cognition and brain mechanism of students’ scientific modeling. It aims to investigate the cognition and brain mechanism of primary and middle school students’ scientific modeling through human-computer interaction cognitive diagnosis, physiological and psychological measurement, and EEG data, so as to provide a scientific basis to improve the scientific literacy of primary and middle school students. The candidate will play a central role in this project, contributing to the design, diagnosis, and revelation of students’ science learning patterns.

Responsibilities of position No.2:

The candidate will focus on the research of socio-scientific issues teaching and learning, follow the lead of cooperating supervisors, collaborate with domestic and foreign experts and domestic primary and middle school teams, carry out research on interdisciplinary integrated learning based on socio-scientific issues, and provide effective models and strategies for the development of primary and middle school students’ scientific literacy. The candidate will play a central role in this project, contributing to the design and implementation of socio-scientific issues learning resources, and empirically refining the theory and practice of socio-scientific issues teaching and learning suitable for China.

Employment and remuneration

Employment: full-time.

Remuneration package: The remuneration standard for category B postdoctoral fellows starts at 180,000 yuan per year (before tax).
