2023年12月4日~12月17日,北京师范大学“社会性科学议题学习(SSI-L)”项目组在两所北京师范大学基础教育发展管理部“撷英计划”合作校,即北京师范大学附属实验中学、北京师范大学亚太实验学校,继续开展集体备课、课堂观察以及课后讨论等一系列教学研究活动。由于学校测验安排、暴雪天气等原因,两所合作校暂停部分课时,教学进度稍微放缓一下,同时进行了反思与阶段性总结。
2023年12月11日与2023年12月13日,北师大附属实验中学分别以线下和线上的形式开展课堂教学活动,继续引导学生基于数据的科学论证。项目负责人林静也分别以线下和线上的形式深入课堂,并于2023年12月13日与合作校教师线上开展集体备课、课后研讨活动。北师大附属实验中学物理特级教师马桂君老师也莅临课堂指导,针对提升学生的参与度与学习兴趣、选取资料给学生搭建台阶等问题给予具体细致建议。北师大亚太实验学校持续开展科学建模相关教学活动,2023年12月8日,林静与项目办成员继续随堂听课,课后林静进一步解析科学建模教学基本环节,以及显性化建模教学的基本要点。
From December 4th to 17th, 2023, the Beijing Normal University Socioscientific Issues-based Learning Project office continued to carry out a series of teaching and research activities, such as collective course preparation, classroom observations, and after-class discussions, in two partner schools of the BNU Basic Education Development and Management Department’s Xieying Program — the Experimental High School Attached to Beijing Normal University, and the Asia-Pacific Experimental School of Beijing Normal University. Due to the schools’ final exam arrangements and heavy snowfall, the two partner schools suspended part of the course, slightly slowed down the teaching progress, and conducted reflections and periodic summaries.
On December 11th and 13th, 2023, the Experimental High School Attached to Beijing Normal University carried out teaching activities in offline and online forms, and continued to guide students through data-based scientific argumentation. Lin Jing, leader of the SSI-L project also attended the classes from both offline and online. On December 13, 2023, she had online collective course preparation and after-school discussions with teachers from the partner school. Ma Guijun, a special-rank physics teacher at the Experimental High School Attached to Beijing Normal University came to provide guidance. Ma gave specific and detailed suggestions on issues such as improving students’ participation and learning interest, and selecting materials to build steps for students. The Asia-Pacific Experimental School of Beijing Normal University continued to carry out teaching activities on scientific modeling. On December 8, 2023, Lin Jing and members of the project office attended the class. After the class, Lin Jing further analyzed the key elements of scientific modeling and the essential points of explicit modeling teaching.
