[SSI Learning] 北京师范大学SSI学习项目鲁辽黑黔区域 实验学校联盟会议纪要

2021年9月14日晚,北京师范大学SSI学习项目鲁辽黑黔区域实验学校联盟工作会议在腾讯会议室在线进行。此次会议由联盟理事长、威海世昌中学于志健校长主持,SSI项目山东区域负责人张涛主任、部分联盟校校长、项目负责人和实验教师共计20多人参加了此次会议。本次会议共分三个阶段进行。

会议第一阶段,张涛主任对新学期联盟工作进行了总体部署。张主任布置了新学期准备开展的11项工作,并对每项工作进行了详细的解读。这11项工作,有些是联盟自主开展的工作,有些是参加总课题组组织的集体活动,有的是承担总课题组安排的工作任务。

会议第二阶段,各联盟学校负责人对上学期的活动组织情况和新学期活动计划进行了交流。威海望海园中学介绍了活动室建设、师资配备以及上学期议题“学校人造草坪和天然草坪”的开展情况,他们新学期又进行了新议题研究规划,将数名青年教师充实到了师资队伍。

威海南海新区实验中学在上学期进行的“小观蛤减少是否与南海新区开发有关”活动中,学生了解了民众对南海开发的看法和国家针对海洋开发的法律法规,观测了酸碱度、温度、重金属对小观蛤生长的影响,新学期准备继续进行原议题的研究,对原来的议题加强完善。贵阳市第一实验中学研究的议题是“十二背后溶洞的保护和开发”,学生通过参观了解溶洞,调查了溶洞的基本情况,通过这些活动学生们得到了多方面的收获,新学期中他们也准备继续原来议题的推进。威海世昌中学简单介绍了上学期进行的“潮汐能发电”议题推进情况,并围绕海洋提出了6个可以进行研究的议题,从而使海洋议题系列初成雏形。荣成府新小学上学期调查了荣成市海草房的现状和区域分布特点,带领学生走进荣成海草房基地,观看海草房维修过程,向政府提出了保护海草房的建议,本学期计划在原来队伍基础上,吸纳年轻教师、招募新生参加SSI活动。威海千山路小学充分利用学校的6亩土地,开展以薰衣草为内容的议题活动,他们对自己的议题进行了深刻的反思,新学期计划继续围绕植物的种植做文章。哈尔滨市继红小学校介绍了他们“冰雪”议题开展情况,计划新学期在开展新议题的同时,完成冰雪议题剩余的几个活动。

会议第三阶段,张涛主任根据各学校的发言情况谈了自己的意见。张主任充分肯定了学校上学年开展的工作,同时也对新学期的工作提出了要求:一是要进一步完善本学期工作计划,按照目标、内容、措施、组织、管理、评价几个方面制定计划,组织内容;二是对新学期拟开展的议题的选题进行深入研究,及早确定出好的选题;三是要尽早开始议题的实施,确保本学期议题能够保质保量完成;四是要注意收集过程性资料,撰写案例和论文,形成议题研究的成果。

于志健校长对本次会议进行了总结发言,对张涛主任和专家组为SSI项目及联盟实验校所做的工作表示感谢,希望联盟学校在各位专家的带领下把项目做实做精,落实会议的有关成果。于校长对联盟工作谈了几点体会:一是在项目组及各学校的共同努力下,联盟SSI项目的开展卓有成效,得到了项目组专家的多次表扬;二是通过这一阶段的项目实施,很多领导和教师都在项目中得到了很大的成长,同时学校也在项目实施过程中取得了很多成果;三是在下一阶段,各学校要集中力量出精品,出成果,开展教学重难点的研究和解决;四是各学校要利用好新学期伊始开始议题选择工作,抓好落实,争取做出更好的成果,落实张涛主任及项目组下一步的工作安排。会议的最后,于校长希望联盟各学校及教师珍惜参与SSI项目的机会,希望所有单位全力以赴争取在即将召开的SSI项目全国研讨会议中拿出更好的成果。

一日之计在于晨。新学期伊始召开的本次联盟工作会议,为各学校搭建了相互交流学习的平台,促进了学校对整个学期工作的整体谋划,使学校明确了工作任务和要求,也激励了各联盟学校的领导和老师们以坚定执着的精神,为开展更加扎实精彩的活动而努力。


On the evening of September 14,2021, BNU SSI-L Project Regional Experimental School Alliance held a meeting via Tencent Conference Room. Held in three stages and chaired by Yu Zhijian, President of the Alliance and Principle of Weihai Shichang Middle School, this meeting was attended by more than 20 people in total, including Zhang Tao, Director of the SSI Project of Shandong, principals from alliance schools, project leaders and experimental school teachers.

In the first stage, Director Zhang Tao made an overall arrangement for the work of the Alliance in the new semester. He laid out 11 tasks to be carried out in the new semester and gave a detailed explanation on each task. Some of them will be carried out by the Alliance itself, some are collective activities organized by the general subject group, and others will be arranged by the general subject group.

In the second stage, the heads of the alliance schools exchanged information on the organization of activities in the last semester and the plans for activities in the new semester. Weihai Wanghaiyuan Middle School introduced the construction of the activity room, the staffing of teachers and the development of the topic “Artificial and Natural Lawn in Schools” in the last semester, and they have planned the research of new topics in the new semester, and filled several young teachers into the teaching staff.

In the last semester, Weihai Nanhai New Area Experimental Middle School conducted an activity of “Is the Decrease of Xiaoguan Clams Related to the Development of Nanhai New Area”, in which the students learned about the public’s view on local development and the national laws and regulations on marine development, and observed the effects of acidity, temperature and heavy metals on the growth of Xiaoguan Clams. In the new semester, the school would continue their research on the original topic and make some improvements. Guiyang No.1 Experimental Middle School studied the topic of “Development and Protection of the Karst Caves in Shierbeihou Tourist Area”. Students visited the caves to understand and investigate the basic situation of the caves, through which they gained a lot and they were ready to continue the advancement of the original topic in the new semester. Weihai Shichang Middle School briefly introduced the promotion of the topic of “Tidal Energy Generation” they carried out in the last semester, and proposed six possible topics for research around the ocean, thus making the ocean topic series take shape. Last semester, Rongcheng Fuxin Primary School investigated the current situation and regional distribution of sea grass houses in Rongcheng City, led students to the base of sea grass houses to watch the repair process, and made suggestions to the government for protecting sea grass houses. Weihai Qianshan Road Primary School made full use of the school’s six acres of land to carry out activities on the topic of lavender. They reflected deeply on their topic and plan to continue to work on plant’s cultivation in the new semester. Harbin Jihong Primary School introduced their “Ice and Snow” topic and planned to complete the remaining activities in the new semester while developing new ones.

In the third stage, Director Zhang Tao gave his opinion based on the presentations of each school. He fully affirmed the work carried out by the schools last year, but also put forward requirements for the new semester: First, to further improve the work plan of this semester, and to develop and organize the plan according to its objectives, content, measures, organization, management and evaluation; second, to conduct in-depth research on the selection of topics to be carried out in the new semester, and identify good topics as early as possible; third, to start the implementation of the topics as early as possible so as to ensure that the topics of this semester can be completed with quality and quantity; Fourth, to focus on the collection of process information, write cases and papers, and form the results of topic research.

Principal Yu Zhijian concluded the meeting by expressing his gratitude to Director Zhang Tao and the expert group as well as the experimental schools for their work on the SSI project, and hoped that the alliance schools would make solid projects under the leadership of the experts and put the relevant results of the meeting in use. He talked about a few things about the work of the Alliance: first, with the joint efforts of the project team and the schools, the SSI project of the Alliance has been carried out fruitfully and has been praised by the expert team for many times; second, through the project implementation, many leaders and teachers have grown a lot, and the schools have achieved many results; third, in the next phase, the schools should focus on producing quality products and results, carry out research, and find solutions to teaching and learning difficulties; fourth, each school should make good use of the beginning of the new semester to start the topic selection process, grasp the implementation, strive to make better results, and implement the next work arranged by Director Zhang Tao and the project team. At the end of the meeting, Principal Yu hoped that all schools and teachers of the Alliance would cherish the opportunity to participate in the SSI project and make every effort to produce better results in the upcoming national seminar meeting of the SSI project.

A day’s work lies in the morning. This work meeting held at the beginning of the new semester built a platform for schools to exchange and learn from each other. It helped to promote the overall planning of schools’ work for the whole semester, made schools’ tasks and requirements clear, and motivated leaders and teachers of alliance schools to work hard with a determined and persistent spirit to carry out more solid and exciting activities.
